Welcome to Mira Proxy ("Mira", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our platform, API, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Service Description & "Forever Free" Commitment

Mira Proxy is a high-availability AI orchestration gateway designed to route and manage API requests to various large language models (LLMs). The core routing service is provided 100% free of charge.

⚠️ Anti-Scam Notice

Mira Proxy does NOT have paid plans, premium tiers, or hidden costs. We will never ask for your credit card information. If you encounter any individual, website, or entity selling access to Mira Proxy, it is a scam. Please report it to our support team immediately.

2. Account Registration & Usage Limits

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password, and API keys).
Each account is currently granted a daily allocation of free trial credits governed by our dynamic usage policies to prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time to maintain service stability.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Engage in any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
Bypass, exploit, or attempt to disable our rate-limiting or security mechanisms.
Deploy automated scripts to create bulk accounts.
Process, transmit, or store highly sensitive personal data, classified military information, or illegal content.
Sell, resell, or lease access to the Mira Proxy platform to third parties.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate API key revocation and permanent account termination.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Use at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied. Mira Proxy makes no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, or the accuracy of the underlying LLM responses.

In no event shall Mira Systems, ProTech Works, or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, data loss, revenue loss, or service interruption) arising from your use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation.

5. API Sub-Providers

Mira Proxy acts as an intermediary routing engine. The actual generation of AI responses is handled by third-party model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). By using Mira Proxy, you also agree to comply with the respective Terms of Service of these end-providers. Mira is not responsible for changes made by these upstream providers.

6. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be explicitly communicated via our platform or through email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
